PASTEURIZATION AND COOLING    Pasteurization units
Capacity - 1000 l/h-25000 l/h.
For other capacities - by client's request.
Temperature regimes - by client's request.
Heat-treat agent - steam or hot water.
Cold agent - ice water, technological water.
Working regimen - automatic, semi-automatic.
Automatization level - by client's request.

Set:
- stainless steel receiving vessel with a float for maintenance of a constant level ;
- stainless steel vessel for "hold-up" with top and bottom level ensuring the required
time for holding respectively for yougurt, cheese or pasteurized milk regime;
- stainless steel base.

Option:
- plate heat exchanger - depending on the technological process can be  with 1,2,3,4, etc. sections;
- pumps, pipe-lines and reinforcement;
- control panel.

By client's request the pasteurizing device may be set with:
- system for automatic regulation of the pasteurization t о;
- system for automatic re-circulation of the product;
- еlectric management panel with a recording device for registration of the pasteurization t о.
