TECHNOLOGICAL EQUIPMENT INCLUDES
I. HONEY DECRYSTALLIZATION EQUIPMENT:
• Decrystallization tanks with different capacities, single-storey, double-storey, mobile, etc.
• Thermal decrystallization chambers with different capacities, consisting of - a thermally insulated chamber with air heating, a "serpentine" type grid, on which tins or barrels with crystallized honey are placed, a tank with thermowells, a stirring screw, automatic control, etc.
II. HONEY FILTERING EQUIPMENT, consisting of flow filters with different filter element sizes and different capacities.
III. HONEY HONEY HOMOGENIZING EQUIPMENT – is a thermally insulated vessel with thermal jackets and a frame stirrer, designed for homogenizing honey with a temperature of +42°C. They are manufactured with volumes from 1 m3 to 20 m3. They are equipped with a control panel providing: displaying and automatically maintaining the honey temperature, infinitely adjusting the speed of the stirrer, giving a signal for the upper and lower level of the vessel to the filling and emptying pump, etc.
IV. EQUIPMENT FOR AUTOMATIC AND MANUAL FILLING AND WEIGHING OF HONEY IN 200 L BARRELS – consists of an automatic valve, a roller conveyor for moving empty barrels, a roller conveyor with strain gauges that signal the automatic valve when the set weight is reached, and a roller conveyor for moving full barrels.
V. MODULAR TECHNOLOGICAL LINES, including:
• honey reception and chemical analysis
• machines for washing and drying cans and barrels of honey before placing them in the thermal chambers for decrystallization
• thermal chambers for decrystallization
• tubular heat exchanger for thermal treatment of honey
• flow filters for coarse and fine filtration of honey
