Four Main processes are carried out:
- drying;
- boiling;
- smoking;
- scorching.

The four processes are independent and may be carried out by the user in the desired sequence.
The management module allows the presetting of different programs for production of sausages and meat products.
The processes upon meat product processing are carried out under a set program - from 1 to 20, input by the operator and saved in the memory of the micro-processing controller. The execution of the cabins allows to set, monitor and control several main parameters:
- time, t° in the center of the sausage and t° in the cabin.
Standard execution of the cabins
manual management of the valves for the debit of the fresh and processed air and the smoke from the smoke generator.
Option - automatic management of the valves.

NEW: Electric cabin for cold smoking - SPEK8.
It allows for perfect cold smoking of meat and fish.
