Equipment for production and processing of MEAT

The cabin is built on a modular principle, which allows the installation of equipment with capacity 2, 3, 4 and more wagons depending on the client's desire.
Four main processes are carried out:

- drying;
- boiling;
- smoking;
- scorching.

The thermal processing process is fully automated.
The managing module allows the setting of up to 99 processes for meat and sausage production.
